Orders & Process
How do I place a custom order?

Fill out the Custom Order form on our homepage. Include your event type, date, guest count, color theme, and any inspiration photos. Daysia will reach out within 24 hours to confirm details and provide a quote.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend at least 2 weeks for standard orders and 3–4 weeks for large or highly customized orders. Rush orders may be available — contact Daysia to ask!

Can I order a mix of kids and adult favors?

Absolutely! Many clients order both for the same event. Just specify everything in your custom order form and Daysia will quote each set.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most items have a minimum of 10 units. Cake/cupcake toppers and single custom items can be ordered as 1 unit. Check the Planning Guide for full details.

Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?

Pricing is per favor as listed on our product pages. For large or fully custom orders, Daysia will provide a personalized quote based on quantity, complexity, and materials.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! Orders of 50+ favors may qualify for a bulk discount. Mention your quantity in your order request and Daysia will include any applicable savings in your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment details will be provided in your order confirmation. A deposit may be required for large custom orders.

Is a deposit required?

For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup.

Customization
Can I provide my own theme or photos?

Yes! That is what we love most. Upload your inspiration photos in the custom order form, share your color palette, and Daysia will bring it all together beautifully.

Can you put names on the favors?

Absolutely — personalized names are one of our most popular add-ons! Just let Daysia know the names when submitting your order.

What if I do not know my exact theme yet?

No problem! Send a general idea — a color, a vibe, a mood board — and Daysia will help you develop it into a full theme.

Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?

Delivery availability depends on your location. Please mention your address in your order request and Daysia will confirm delivery options and any applicable fees.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Local pickup is available. Your pickup location and time will be confirmed once your order is ready.

What if something arrives damaged?

Please take photos and contact Daysia within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will make it right!
